I ordered the cat in November. I've checked back with them to tell them I had not received my purchase. I received an email back saying my cat was safe and on it's way. I emailed again, telling them I wanted either the cat or my money back. They sent the same canned reply. Again, nothing. I have been trying to get the cat or my money back since December. Now, the email I used to contact them was returned address not found.
I ordered 4 lamps, but they turned out to be tiny and not made of stained glass. Only 2 arrived, and they were broken. This feels like a complete scam. I tried to reach out, but there was no response. It's wise to use a credit card for purchases, as it offers some protection against fraud and allows you to dispute charges. I've emailed through the site and their provided email, but to no avail. Avoid this seller; my experience was terrible. This has ruined a birthday gift for my husband! The "lamp" I received is just a small figurine with a twinkle LED string inside, and it arrived broken in half.
I agree with others—this is a complete scam. I bought one of the puppies as a Christmas gift for my sister, and it only arrived on January 12th. There’s no way this is worth the advertised price! It’s worth at most $5. This has been a scam from the beginning!
This isn't a legitimate company; similar items can be found for under $20 elsewhere. I paid $84, and it's disappointing that they use misleading photos and videos that don't represent the actual product. It feels like a scam as the quality is nowhere near what was advertised. This was meant to be a gift, but it ended up in the trash. I should have checked other platforms first. It's advisable to research before buying from social media.

After a frustrating wait of 2 1/2 months for my order, it finally arrived today. I had intended to give these three items as Christmas gifts, but thankfully they didn't arrive on time. They are cheap, plastic, smaller than I expected, and simply not worth it. I would have felt embarrassed to give them as gifts! I reached out multiple times but only received absurd excuses when I got a response. Eventually, I accepted that my order probably wasn't coming and requested a refund several times. That's when I stopped hearing from them entirely. I strongly advise against doing business with this service!

Where do I start… is it the shipping that took over 20 days? Is it misleading consumers into thinking this is glass when it's actually plastic? Is it the fact that it comes with a USB plug instead of an outlet plug? Or does it just look like low-quality merchandise? It’s all of these issues combined. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; it's a complete scam! 🤬
