I ordered 4 lamps, but they turned out to be tiny and not made of stained glass. Only 2 arrived, and they were broken. This feels like a complete scam. I tried to reach out, but there was no response. It's wise to use a credit card for purchases, as it offers some protection against fraud and allows you to dispute charges. I've emailed through the site and their provided email, but to no avail. Avoid this seller; my experience was terrible. This has ruined a birthday gift for my husband! The "lamp" I received is just a small figurine with a twinkle LED string inside, and it arrived broken in half.
