I ordered the cat in November. I've checked back with them to tell them I had not received my purchase. I received an email back saying my cat was safe and on it's way. I emailed again, telling them I wanted either the cat or my money back. They sent the same canned reply. Again, nothing. I have been trying to get the cat or my money back since December. Now, the email I used to contact them was returned address not found.
