Cannot recommend M&R enough! Always great. Engineers Jack & Alfie came to see what the issue was on Thursday afternoon and by Saturday morning we had a new boiler! Absolutely fantastic service, lovely gentleman with great customer service. Quick efficient and made sure everything was working fine before leaving told us what to do with the new thermostat and how to work everything. Made sure we knew all we needed to know before he went and he cleared up very well after the job was done . Chantelle was more than helpful for get us sorted with the payment plan for the new boiler too.
