The administration in this organisation is just a joke.

To cut a very long story short, my annual boiler service was due to take place in January 2026. However MR didn’t turn up so another appointment was made for February. They didn’t turn up. More apologies followed and I was assured the engineers would be with me the next morning - between 8 am and 9 am. They didn’t turn up.

When the engineers did turn up, they were good. It was the same guys who installed the boiler 2 years ago and did the annual service last year.

I was really disappointed with the administration in this organisation so I asked to speak to someone senior. I spoke to Mike who apologised (again) for the poor administration in his organisation.

I wasn’t going to give a poor review of MR as I understand the impact it can have. However, in spite of having a service contract with MR, I received 4 reminders to pay for the annual boiler service. I replied to each reminder - telling them that I pay monthly for a service etc and that an annual boiler service is included in that contract. The final straw was when I received a phone call this morning asking me to pay for the service again.

I fully recognise you can’t knit an experienced administrator overnight in a business but he really needs do something more just keep apologising.
