Having a broken boiler, Mick took time to explain our options of a repair on our 17 year old boiler or a new replacement boiler. After a little research we opted for a new boiler which was a fair price and an option for interest free credit too. Chantelle rang to confirm our order, arrange finance and installation. She was very helpful explaining the process and prioritised us as no heating. Jack and Liam arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our property covering the stairs with protective film and keeping mess to a minimum. They worked hard but took time to answer any questions we had. On completion they ensured all was okay and spent time explaining the heating controls. The old boiler and packaging was stacked neatly outside ready for collection the next day.
