Incompetent and dishonest experience. A service team came to my home and charged me for an appliance that they ultimately did not install. The part arrived later than promised, and when it did, they claimed two additional parts needed replacement. I opted to replace the appliance instead, but they have yet to issue a refund. Their unhelpful representative informed me multiple times that the check was on its way, only to later say it was never mailed. After expressing my frustration to the manager, I was told that the representative had not lied about the check being sent or the tracking number. This team exemplifies unprofessionalism and dishonesty; I strongly recommend avoiding them. At this point, I may consider legal action, but I hope the owner will take the necessary steps to resolve this.
