Unprofessional and dishonest experience. A service team came to my home and charged me for an appliance that they ultimately did not install. The part arrived later than promised, and when it did, they claimed two additional parts needed replacement. I chose to replace the appliance instead, but they have yet to issue a refund. Their unhelpful representative informed me multiple times that the check was on its way, only to later say it was never mailed. After expressing my frustration to the manager, I was told that the representative had not lied about the check being sent or the tracking number. This team exemplifies unprofessionalism and dishonesty; I strongly recommend avoiding them. At this point, I may consider legal action, but I hope the owner will take the necessary steps to resolve this.

The service team was sent to my house for a warranty issue. The technician misdiagnosed the problem, which even the manufacturer does not support. Due to this incorrect diagnosis, I spent $750, and the problem was not resolved. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager, but to no avail. I need assistance in resolving this issue. Additionally, they are sending a new stove but expect me to pay to remove the old one. This is their level of customer service. I do not recommend using them.
A technician came to my home and diagnosed my refrigerator as needing a power inverter. I ordered the $900 part, which arrived two days later; the same technician installed it the next day. After the job was completed, my fridge still wasn't cooling, and he informed me that it now needed a compressor, which would cost thousands more. After spending a lot of money and going a week without a functioning fridge, I contacted another company for a second opinion. They confirmed the compressor was faulty but stated there was no need to change the power inverter. Furthermore, all compressor parts have a five-year warranty. After all the work was done, I reached out for a refund on the unnecessary part, but received no help. I am extremely disappointed with this service and suggest looking elsewhere.
It seems I dodged a bullet based on these other reviews. I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and the representative called me to cancel due to a scheduling conflict with the technician. I had arranged for someone to be at my home, and they were aware of that. Very unprofessional!
Our oven was not functioning. The technician diagnosed it as a circuit board issue, which would cost over $1000. I turned off the breaker and left it off for weeks waiting for the service to schedule the installation of the new circuit board. When the repair date arrived, I took the day off, only to be informed that the circuit board had not arrived. Out of curiosity, I turned the circuit breaker back on, and the oven worked perfectly. They wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee on a circuit board that was never delivered. I tried to reach the manager several times, but he never returned my calls. Extremely poor customer service; I advise against using this service.
A technician came out to repair an ice maker in my refrigerator. The total cost was $764, and parts needed to be ordered, which would take 5-7 days. Three weeks later, I still did not have all the parts. When I called to cancel the order, I was told an assembly had come in, and I would be charged for that, along with a diagnostic fee. They claimed to deliver the assembly in four days and refund a portion of the payment. I will need to seek legal action to recover my money. Very poor experience.
