Our oven was not functioning. The technician diagnosed it as a circuit board issue, which would cost over $1000. I turned off the breaker and left it off for weeks waiting for the service to schedule the installation of the new circuit board. When the repair date arrived, I took the day off, only to be informed that the circuit board had not arrived. Out of curiosity, I turned the circuit breaker back on, and the oven worked perfectly. They wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee on a circuit board that was never delivered. I tried to reach the manager several times, but he never returned my calls. Extremely poor customer service; I advise against using this service.
