The service team was sent to my house for a warranty issue. The technician misdiagnosed the problem, which even the manufacturer does not support. Due to this incorrect diagnosis, I spent $750, and the problem was not resolved. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager, but to no avail. I need assistance in resolving this issue. Additionally, they are sending a new stove but expect me to pay to remove the old one. This is their level of customer service. I do not recommend using them.
