A technician came to my home and diagnosed my refrigerator as needing a power inverter. I ordered the $900 part, which arrived two days later; the same technician installed it the next day. After the job was completed, my fridge still wasn't cooling, and he informed me that it now needed a compressor, which would cost thousands more. After spending a lot of money and going a week without a functioning fridge, I contacted another company for a second opinion. They confirmed the compressor was faulty but stated there was no need to change the power inverter. Furthermore, all compressor parts have a five-year warranty. After all the work was done, I reached out for a refund on the unnecessary part, but received no help. I am extremely disappointed with this service and suggest looking elsewhere.
