Bottom line at Mr. Appliance? They don't return customer complaint phone calls and the customer is ALWAYS wrong.I specifically showed the assistant repairman which switch in the breaker box controlled the oven. Additionally, the breaker box switches are clearly marked. Several switches in addition to the one that needed to be turned off were switched off and left off when the job was complete. One of them was to my water heater. A day after the repairs were done, when I discovered that I had no hot water I checked and sure enough the breakers were in the off position. The water heater did not come back on so I had to call a plumber. I had to wait another day before the plumber could arrive. So two days without hot water. Fortunately, when the plumber opened up the water heater he found that it needed a reset, just the push of a button inside of the unit. It needed to be reset specifically because the power had been shut off at the breaker. Unfortunately, I of course, received a bill from the plumber. I contacted Mr. Appliance by phone to discuss the situation. I was immediately put on hold and then was eventually told that I'd receive a return telephone call right away to discuss the issue. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for that call. However when I left a negative review on YELP I received a response right away. It basically said that my breaker switches must've turned themselves off. Enjoy that plumbing bill.
