The staff here are very rude. The bookshop openly places making money above customer service.A member of staff in the shop made derogatory comments about a local author who is also a war hero. This was incredibly disrespectful.There are many other better bookshops in Bath. Other independent shops with a far greater selection of books are highly recommended. A high street store down the road also has a really great book section upstairs and is a few minutes walk away. Any other bookshop in Bath is better for customer service.
