Mr B's might be my favourite shop in the world, and I have never stepped through the door!Around 18 months ago I was looking for gifts for my wife, a keen reader, and I chanced upon Mr B's book subscription, perfect I thought, and it was. So much so that have I bought her 2, and numerous others as gifts for family and friends. All of them have loved the idea and the books received even more.My wife kindly bought me a 6 month subscription which I then extended by another 12 months and will continue to do so. Every book received so far ( up to about 13 I think) has been outstanding, the staff doing the selecting clearly know their stuff and have introduced me to countless new and wonderful authors. I have also bought many books directly from them and my wife now simply emails them with a vague theme for a gift and they respond with wonderful selections to choose from.Hopefully one day soon we will travel to Bath and see the the glorious emporium in person but until then I will eagerly await this months book dropping through the letter box ( lovingly wrapped as ever!)
