I love how these trees look. Unfortunately, the second time I went to replace the batteries, the little latch on the plastic door broke off, and now my batteries will not stay in. I have had my tree for less than a month, and when I reached out to customer service, they said they could not offer me a refund or replacement. I had planned on buying more trees from them, but now I will take my money elsewhere.
