I love how these trees look. Unfortunately, the second time I went to replace the batteries, the little latch on the plastic door broke off, and now my batteries will not stay in. I have had my tree for less than a month, and when I reached out to customer service, they said they could not offer me a refund or replacement. I had planned on buying more trees from them, but now I will take my money elsewhere.
I deeply appreciate these holiday products. I've cherished them for a long time. Even though my kids are now adults, I still buy the items I wish I could have had when they were younger. Just seeing them fills me with happiness.
This product is very disappointing and does not match the advertisement. Santa often ignores commands and seems to prefer hanging up. He even interrupts conversations by saying, 'Good talking to you,' and frequently misinterprets clear words and requests. It was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't suggest purchasing this for children.
