Ordered burgers & fries from 5 Guys through Mr Delivery. Given a 45-60 minutes delivery window. Almost 2 hours and still nothing, but not "allowed" to cancel my order. Chatted with an agent who offered to refund my $4.99 delivery fee, but here I sit, still hungry, and out $70. This is ridiculous. I'm NEVER using this service again.
