I'm so sick of the Mr delivery app not updating the stock availability at pick n pay , every time i place an order there are always items missing and then I'm constantly credited i will no longer order with Mr delivery from today and want to warn others
After having a bad online order not delivered yet my money ws deducted from my account, spoke to several consultants and they didn't treat me well, we're rude and unbearable after 2 fraudulent experiences from Mr D they couldn't help yet I asked for the drivers contacts and insisted the driver messaged but had no reference of the messages. This was the second time this had happened to me and i was frustrated, then Sanelisiwe came to my rescue, it didn't take her long to assist after understanding my situation. Sanelisiwe offered me the best customer service ever kudozzzz to her. My order number dfd262611390 cosmo city 2. Till now I've been getting messages about order numbers yet I never got anything . I hope u train ur staff e same way
I ordered several dishes for myself from a Japanese’s restaurant. One of the side dishes was vegetable tempura. The restaurant does also offer a mixed seafood tempura. I did not order that because I’m allergic to molluscs. However my side of vegetable tempura came but inside were tempura scallops unbeknownst to me. I only discovered this after eating one. The restaurant chef admitted the mix up but as far as a complaint or compensation referred me back to Mr D. That night and the following day I vomited several times and then had cramps and diarrhoea until the next evening. What should have been a pleasant and enjoyable meal turned into a painful nightmare of a weekend. After many whattsapps, calls and emails to Mr D I finally got a response several days later asking me how I’d rate the service I’d gotten. I had to remind them that they had not dealt with my issue at all so why would I rate the customer service. Eventually on providing more details and photos yet again they paid back only the price of the vegetable tempura when I had spent about 6 x this amount in the whole meal that was all uncomfortably vomited up. They apparently think this is satisfactory compensation and service. I don’t agree. I basically paid to be poisoned . Wish I’d never used their service . They don’t deserve the business. I find it very inconveniencing that 1 should call you on watsap call do deliver your food and the customer service agent was also rude upon requesting my refund he’s name is Luzuko kept talking over me and had no time to listen to what I had to say, I’ll stick to drive through’s there’s absolutely no reason why I should struggle with my money like this
You actually do not deserve even a star. You stole from me for the 2nd now. I ordered food for my elderly aunt who lives at old age home village. All the instructions were given where and to who it should be delivered... The driver followed my location instead of taking the order to the address which is far from the restaurant I ordered from at the gate our security couldnt allow him in as he did not know the unit number. They called from the to let me know that the driver is lost and i asked them to tell him to take it to where I instructed the food to be delivered and instead he took took the food back to KFC and the lady contacted me there letting me know to re-order or claim my money back from Mr delivery.Till this day i have not been credited my money...2ndly most of their drivers are very dirty. You should train them about cleanliness especially because they are working with food.Disappointed big time
A star isnt even deserved! they hired drunk and hungry driver to deliver eaten food, food squashed in the box, unable to even eat! I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt.I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund! Please dont order from them, you will waste your money and time! disgraceful!
If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much!Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM! They are completely over priced and an absolute waste of money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Save your money and fetch the food yourself!
