Only had one bad experience, when my order just never showed up. Customer service was mediocre. I did eventually get a refund, but it took talking to multiple people over the course of several hours. They kept saying "just wait another 30 minutes and see if it shows up, we can't reach the driver". But I ordered smoothies from a place 2 minutes away from my work......who wants a smoothie that is hours old!!!?? Even if it had shown up, I wouldn't have wanted it at that point!! As said, that's my only bad experience tho. Otherwise this is a really convenient service. I have used it at work a lot.
