Avoid avoid I placed an order, the goods were not as described, very poor quality, I asked to return, they tried to give me a discount. I continued to fight, and still fighting 2/3 months later. I returned the item to the address on the label. They pretended it was not received until I proved otherwise. They now say it was not returned to the correct address, which incidentally is China, and still refusing to refund me despite having received the returned goods. They will try every trick in the book to avoid paying a refund. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards.
