This is the 3rd dog bed I've bought from Mr Fluffy Friend My two sausage dogs adore their new new calming Dog Cushion one has been poorly after horrible cancer treatments so it's been a joy watching him snuggle into it so happily. You often find him lying on his back with paws in the air snoozing. A great business, fabulous products at great prices. I can't recommend them enough!
Our Boo is a pretty laid back pooch and not particularly in need of ‘calming’ beds but as he gets older I have found he has really enjoyed his soft donut, sofa and now chair cover (all Mrfluffyfriend) which both saves your furniture and gives him that soft bed feeling of security he gets in his donut (he likes to both sofa surf and floor snooze) - all great products , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
As a returning customer, was bitterly disappointed with my latest purchase of an XL bed, and response from the company. Having previously bought a Large bed, which is absolutely brilliant in all respects I thought, with 3 cats that like to snuggle in together, the XL would give them a bit more room - but sadly you cannot compare the two beds! Unlike the Large bed, the XL has no foam element to the stuffing, resulting in no side support whatsoever and a bed that resembles more of a pancake than doughnut. I did highlight the issue with the company (thinking I may have had a duff one) but, after 4 weeks of waiting for an update have been offered 15% compensation as a gesture of goodwill. I can therefore only assume the XL bed is not expected to be the same quality as the L! For the Large bed I previously gave 5 stars, however for the XL can give no more than 3 stars, as does not remotely match the advertised quality - but at least you can remove the cover to access the inner, so should be able to add more filling to make it usable! If rating the response from the Mr FluffyFriend Team would only be 2 stars. Such a shame as, until this latest experience, I thought I had found a really good product and company to deal with. So is now really disapointing and feel let down.
There was a bit of a wait for the beds to be delivered but my two Working Cocker Spaniels think that heaven has arrived! We followed (clear and friendly) instructions to give the beds time to regenerate (24/48 hours) after their vacuum packed journey and this appears to have been good advice. The beds are obviously very warm and comfortable with very adequate perimeter support.
