I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now. They were for birthday gift, and birthday is long gone alredy. Customer service has answered my emails quickly, but they always tell me my order is being produced in the upcoming two weeks. I also received a 15% refund for late delivery, which is of course nice but still I am very unhappy. If I had known the delivery takes this long I would have not ordered anything.
