Ordered Christmas presents in mid November, its February now, and I have just been informed that the items have been shipped. I have been purchasing from this brand for years, but after yet another hugely delayed delivery, I won't order again.
The clothes are fun but no matter what time of year you order, it will ALWAYS be incredibly delayed. The website should accurately reflect their actual manufacturing and shipping times so people can plan accordingly. I've ordered at least half a dozen times and each time, the shipment is at least 5+ weeks later than actually stated. If you're ordering for Christmas--place your order in the summer.
I will never buy anything from this company again.They don't meet shipping deadlines, even if you pay extra for fasttrack. I was supposed to receive my package in 5 days, but after a lot of arguing, I received it in 3 weeks. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to WhatsApp, and sometimes they reply to emails. Their 100-day returns policy doesn't even work. At the end of the day, they decide whether I'll get a full refund.I wanted to support a local company, but I fell for these scammers. I'm ashamed that this is a Polish company.
