Ordered some sweatshirts back in November. Waited about 4 months for them to come. (They came in on March 20th). Customer service was very nice and prompt. They even gave me a 15% refund off of one of the items for for the delay. And I was notified once the order was shipped. Overall the sweatshirts are very high quality and warm. My partner and I are very happy with them and will probably wear them for years to come. Would have given them five stars but I wasn't sure for a while when they were coming
