So I'm due then money for a loan i took out, I didn't have a job, so set up a payment plan for £20 a month. I paid 4 different transactions totalling up to just over £20, I then explained how I'd miss a payment as don't get paid till the third they said 'that's fine', but 2 days later when payment was due and missed, I had 3 texts, 2 emails, and a missed call with a voicemail telling me that I missed my £20 payment. No one seems to communicate within this company. The fact I paid money totalling to just over £20 before the date means nothing. But miss one payment you get hounded and harassed by calls, texts and emails. Then another email threatening to cancel your payment plan. Honestly such a joke of a place. DO NOT get a loan from this company, they'll harrass you even if you explain your situation. Sort it put Mr Lender.
