Review Time
So I'm due then money for a loan i took out, I didn't have a job, so set up a payment plan for £20 a month. I paid 4 different transactions totalling up to just over £20, I then explained how I'd miss a payment as don't get paid till the third they said 'that's fine', but 2 days later when payment was due and missed, I had 3 texts, 2 emails, and a missed call with a voicemail telling me that I missed my £20 payment. No one seems to communicate within this company. The fact I paid money totalling to just over £20 before the date means nothing. But miss one payment you get hounded and harassed by calls, texts and emails. Then another email threatening to cancel your payment plan. Honestly such a joke of a place. DO NOT get a loan from this company, they'll harrass you even if you explain your situation. Sort it put Mr Lender.
I got myself into to difficulty in paying me repayments, I have rang Mr lender and the put me through to an amazing person that helped me sooo much. Lots of compassion empathy and lots of advice to help me with my addiction im so happy with the service I have received from Mr lenders customer services and especially an amazing person named ray. Highly recommend this company if you need financial help thanks from the bottom of my heart 🥰🥰🥰
Im behind with my payments due to unforseen circumstances where I left my job just before Christmas. Spoke to Chelsea at Mr Lender and she actually listened to me about my circumstances. She helped my by placing a hold on collections activity and stopped msgs and emails just while Im in process of securing a new job (I have an interview tomorrow). After reading a review by a user and considering their previous feedback, it seems they should reconsider lending money they can't repay 😂. The service has been excellent, and I've used it several times. The interest rates are a bit high, but that's the trade-off for having poor credit.
