BEWARE of using this company. They will damage your items in transportation then deny it was caused by them. I used them and when removing the protective packaging from my washing machine I noticed that the door had been damaged. This was a brand new washing machine. The porters said “don’t worry we will sort it” they took pictures and phoned the office to report it and said “we will get a new door ordered for you”. I asked if they would get in trouble for it and the porters said “no that’s what we have insurance for”. As they had took pictures and said it has been reported I was like ok. A few weeks passed and I had not heard anything so I emailed them to chase it up. They called me back to say this was the first they are hearing about it!!! to sum up the discussion and I quote them “well it will just be your word against ours & you can’t prove we did it”. If you use them don’t expect them to accept liability for any damages they cause. THE BELOW RESPONSE FROM YOU IS NOT CORRECT YOUR PORTERS REPORTED THE ISSUE ON THE DAY AND TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING SO THIS WAS REPORTED WITHIN A MATTER OF HOURS ALSO THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED. ALSO I PAID FOR A FULL DAY RATE MOVE AND IT ONLY TOOK YOUR TEAM 3 HOURS HENCE WHY YOU WERE HAPPY TO ASSEMBLY 1 BED FRAME FOR ME. YOU SAY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY REALLY ALL I SEE IS YOU LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE IN GETTING OUT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
