Can't recommend Mr Nice Removals enough. They where all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Turned out to be a very stress free day. Will definitely be recommending.
I have now used Mr Nice Removals on two occasions, most recently Jan 26. I meant to give a positive review on the first occasion, the fact I went back to them on a second occasion says everything. Verbal recommendation from a friend who'd also had a positive experience.They are apporachable, friendly, efficient and get back to you quickly. The quotation process is stress free and they are flexible, tailoring their service to customer need.What made it for me was the friendly, helpful attitude from Sabrina and the guys, who smiled throughout, problem solving minor difficulties and even helping 'men with van' move other items from my flat, for a friend.They really went above and beyone. I would not hesitate to recommend them.I hope not to move again in the near future; but if I did I'd relax knowing the logisitics were already decided.You work so hard, thank you so much. BEWARE of using this company. They will damage your items in transportation then deny it was caused by them. I used them and when removing the protective packaging from my washing machine I noticed that the door had been damaged. This was a brand new washing machine. The porters said “don’t worry we will sort it” they took pictures and phoned the office to report it and said “we will get a new door ordered for you”. I asked if they would get in trouble for it and the porters said “no that’s what we have insurance for”. As they had took pictures and said it has been reported I was like ok. A few weeks passed and I had not heard anything so I emailed them to chase it up. They called me back to say this was the first they are hearing about it!!! to sum up the discussion and I quote them “well it will just be your word against ours & you can’t prove we did it”. If you use them don’t expect them to accept liability for any damages they cause. THE BELOW RESPONSE FROM YOU IS NOT CORRECT YOUR PORTERS REPORTED THE ISSUE ON THE DAY AND TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING SO THIS WAS REPORTED WITHIN A MATTER OF HOURS ALSO THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED. ALSO I PAID FOR A FULL DAY RATE MOVE AND IT ONLY TOOK YOUR TEAM 3 HOURS HENCE WHY YOU WERE HAPPY TO ASSEMBLY 1 BED FRAME FOR ME. YOU SAY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY REALLY ALL I SEE IS YOU LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE IN GETTING OUT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
These are some of the best professionals we've had the pleasure of hiring. From the start, communication was always clear, concise and expedient. Mr.Nice and his team managed to move some huge pieces of furniture into our house through some narrow spaces that we couldn't imagine they'd fit through.
