Heard a lot of good things about this casino, so I finally got around to try them out about 2 weeks ago. My first impression was not great. The layout is not visually appealing, and it has the exact same games as every other casino has at this point (moderately limited library, although some of the games are fun).Sign up was easy enough. I made sure to to send in my kyc documents immediately and they were processed relatively quickly. However, that's pretty much the only thing that went easy on this site. First things first after my kyc was approved, I had heard a lot of conflicting things about their no deposit code and free spin bonus rules. So I messaged customer service and asked how many I could redeem in between deposits, any extra rules I should know about that are not stated in the terms, blah blah. The representative was timely and nice, to their credit, they told me I could use one No deposit bonus in between each deposit (I have since heard different numbers, there does not seem to be a good consensus on this).I tried out a sign up no deposit bonus And actually met the wagering requirements. Once my post bonus balance settled I immediately went to withdraw, feeling potentially a bit too confident that my kyc was already approved.So I submit a withdrawal request, and get busy with something else for a bit as I assume it will take a while. Within 20 minutes I received an email from the casino that my withdrawal request had been denied, that I have been found in violation of having multiple accounts and using multiple bonuses (both were false).I tried explaining to them I only used the one bonus, I did not have any other accounts. I also asked them for proof of this. They could not supply any.Their only response was that I was found in violation of the rules and I would not be receiving my winnings. I should have just given up then, but I was frustrated so I went back to the site to message customer service and ask "what the heck" only to find that my account had been removed.It was a unpleasant experience And all they did was shoot themselves in the foot because I am a a big spender who doesn't know how to withdraw while he's up. 😂As a side note, all of the above was my personal experience, however, my friend had an odd experience about a month back. I cannot confirm or deny how true these events are as I did not see the messages (although I do believe my friend).He had been offered a no deposit bonus in exchange for a trust pilot review.I know that last part is not my personal experience, however I do feel it is important to note that IF that part is true, then that does explain a lot of the positive reviews that this kind of run down, crummy site has.
