I won $30 on free spins. I made a deposit about a week ago and the policy has always been no withdrawals if you have utilized more than 5 free spin gifts. Today I requestd my withdrawal and was denied. I am told the policy has changed. Now you can only have 2-3 free gifts! Which is it, 2 or 3? Seems a little unclear to me. Needless to say, I am done gambling here. They should have notified their players of this change. Its too bad, this casino used to be one of the good ones.
I play all around the web, Casino style and also Sweeps sites. Haven't had any issues here, and have cashed out. I did pop the 5 freebie rule once, though that was on me, haven't had any other problems. RTP doesn't seem any worse than any other site to me, and I have played a number of them. I have hit more than a few thousand here, but haven't had an issue with 2-3k withdrawals either. All in all, safe site to play on for these slots, not much else I'm looking for.
The service continues to operate in California, but I have faced numerous issues with them taking deposits while denying my withdrawals. My experience has been disappointing, as they also rejected my winnings based on the deposit-to-winning ratio. Overall, it has been a very frustrating situation.
I participated in a referral contest organized by the company on their platform, where the winner was promised $500, 30 days of VIP status, and 300 spins. I emerged as the winner but have yet to receive any of my prizes. All I’ve been told is that the process is still in progress and that I will get an update. It’s evident that they have no intention of fulfilling their part of the agreement. I would advise caution regarding this casino. They deceive and manipulate, essentially scamming individuals. I recommend avoiding this place; there are more trustworthy options available.
I won a contest that Mr. o had put on on their telegram page. It was a refferal contest. The winner received 500 dollars, 30 days of VIP status and 300 spins. I won said contest and have yet to receive anything for my winnings and all I have gotten from them is that the process is still ongoing and I’ll receive and update. It’s very clear here that they have no intentions of refilling their end of the agreement. I would be weary of this casino. They lie and manipulate and basically scam and trick people. Do not play here. Yabby casino is more legitimate than this casino
So hard to cash out. They aren’t even licensed so beware. I did cash out a couple times, but trying to get ahead is so hard most of the time.90% of the time the dealer will win on blackjack. If you happen to catch it while it is hitting then good luck trying to do that. They did give a lot of free chips, but almost all of them were useless due to how bad the games are. Tried to permanently delete my account numerous times and they kept giving me free chips to keep me hooked after I clearly stated I wanted my account permanently closed. They wouldn’t listen. I would have saved thousands upon thousands of dollars if they would have just listened to me the first time. Like I said, blackjack is beyond bad unless you happen to hit a lucky streak, which is very rare. I wasn’t smart enough to walk away after a couple deposits. Lastly, I emailed them the last time complaining about how they haven’t listened about deleting my account and was asking for a free chip for my last deposit. Instead they went and deactivated my account without my free chip I should have gotten along with the cash back I would have gotten the next day. They scammed me big time. Don’t trust any overseas casinos anymore. Save your money.
like many others, my email was bombarded with bonus offers and some of them I would play. last night I had an email saying I could have $10 each day for 30 days...and when I logged in they had credited my account with $200 chip that I couldn't cancel. so I played through some of it, didn't hit the $6000 playthrough and thought ok I'll try the $10 one. instead they offered a $20 Christmas chip that could be used every day once til new years eve. i played through the wagering requirements and requested my $100 withdrawal. after suffering through the most dysfunctional KYC process I have ever come across, and waiting a day, my winnings were voided because I had "abused" their bonuses without making a deposit. I'd like to echo the other users' suggestions of asking for a deposit before clearing the withdrawal, not just deleting the winnings. but then j guess you couldn't scam people for their time so you can gain numbers on your metrics or optics or whatever they're called. clearly this casino doesn't have any interest in customer retention (or else they would have responded to at least one negative review...which they have not). They only care about getting new ones and abusing their trust and wasting their time for their own statistical gains. I would even bet that they have bots scouring this site for whenever a bad review is posted so that four fake ones with high ratings keep their numbers high on here. people don't usually write good reviews unless they are truly inspired, or they're being compensated. this casino has 3300 reviews and 80% of them are good ones? that just screams fraud to me but whatever.
