The experience was great overall. The sample was made super quickly and accurately, although I did request for a slight change, which they very happily accepted. I've got another sample and that one was the perfect one. The patch went in to production very quickly after I confirmed the sample and it was delivered very quickly after that. Experience was absolutely great, with great communication and customer service. Will definitely come back, when I'll need another custom patch made :)
