The product quality is genuinely good, and that’s the only reason this isn’t a complete loss. Unfortunately, delivery reliability and communication have been consistently poor. Timelines change repeatedly, promised dispatch dates are not met, and we often receive updates only after we follow up. Delays are not communicated proactively, which makes it impossible to plan and undermines our commitments to our own customers.
What makes it unacceptable is that after the delivery promise has been missed repeatedly (now for the sixth time), our follow-up messages have simply been ignored with no response at all.
Good patches — but low reliability and minimal communication make this supplier hard to trust.

Excellent support

Totally overwhelming support via email with mrpatch team. We needed some patches for our youth camp within 3 weeks. The patches arrived 4 days before the camp started, which was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your services.
