Writing another negative review as still nothing has been done to resolve my order from November. Although a replacement was offered to me only after I wrote my first negative review, when I responded saying I would like a replacement or a refund, I heard nothing back. I’ve again emailed multiple times and heard nothing. This has been a complete waste of time and money. What was supposed to be a cute Christmas gift for my mom has just become a total headache. It’s not fair to take money from someone if you aren’t going to ensure the products are actually sent or offer any customer service whatsoever. Again could not be more disappointed.
