Review Time
I made a purchase 1.11.2021 and STILL haven't received it. It's June 2022 so I've been waiting for OVER 7 months! In addition, I NEVER got any email saying the purchase was sent! I tried contacting the shop, they did answer 2 or 3 times at the beginning (saying the delay is due to the pandemic and telling me to keep waiting), but since January they don't respond at all to my messages. I sent multiple emails from different email adresses, I tried contacting through contact form on their website, I wrote to them via private messages on Instagram and Messanger and I also put some comments about this situation on their Facebook - and NOTHING, all of my messages have been totally ignored! I recommend you NOT to buy from them. They make pretty content on social medias and then use their popularity to scam people. Shame on them!!!
Similar to others, I placed an order for a 2022 calendar on 12th December (intended as a Christmas gift). I still haven't received a response to multiple emails requesting updates on the location of the item.Why have an email address to contact about shipping if you aren't going to answer any of the requests?Previous orders had been ok - but I will not be buying from them again.
I've placed my order a month ago, nothing arrived yet. The page doesn't show any shipping updates. I've tried to contact them by email multiple times but they aren't replying.Looks like a scam, reading the reviews here it seems they send a couple items to cover their backs and profit over the rest.Wouldn't recommend buying from this shop.Sincerely,a dissapointed customer.
Ordered a calendar in January 2021 and it has not arrived. Litha was responsive at first, however, did not provide any clear action or options for repurchasing. My emails to hello@mrpokee are now going unanswered. I can understand that post gets lost and that it will take longer to be delivered during COVID; however, I would have really appreciated if the Mr Pokee team had of provided me with clear recommendations.
What a terrible experience. I purchased a plush October 2020, it is now late May 2021.... At first when emailing the team the women Litha seemed reasonable and polite, she blamed it on the postage system after COVID, I understood and she gave me a date to contact her if it had not arrived even though she assured it was completely normal. When the date came by still no package, contacted again and she pushed the date further back promising a full refund then. Still nothing, contacted again this time she started getting rude. After that I was completely ignored. 29 emails and 2 Instagram DM’s later still nothing! All I want is my money back, what a scam artist, travelling around the world at good people’s expenses. Shameful.
Writing another negative review as still nothing has been done to resolve my order from November. Although a replacement was offered to me only after I wrote my first negative review, when I responded saying I would like a replacement or a refund, I heard nothing back. I’ve again emailed multiple times and heard nothing. This has been a complete waste of time and money. What was supposed to be a cute Christmas gift for my mom has just become a total headache. It’s not fair to take money from someone if you aren’t going to ensure the products are actually sent or offer any customer service whatsoever. Again could not be more disappointed.
