The customer support has been very disappointing. With years in e-commerce, I've never faced a situation like this. After several emails expressing my dissatisfaction, I stopped receiving replies. Even when checking other reviews, it appears they respond publicly but do not follow up via email, which also goes unanswered. I will escalate this to a senior manager, as this level of service is unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating.
