Mr Porter accepted my return without issues and communicated promptly, yet after receiving and acknowledging the receipt and good condition, vanished when it was time to pay the refund. Extremely disappointed.

I placed an order on December 15, 2025, and opted for next-day delivery, which I received on the 16th. Upon opening the box, I noticed a strange odor. To my shock, the tracksuit inside was used, washed, and appeared secondhand. It was supposed to be a black tracksuit set, but it looked faded and more like a grey color. I immediately reached out to the support team for a return. They informed me that I would need to handle the return process myself and contact the courier, despite being a premium customer. I took pictures as requested and arranged the return. After the company received the item, they claimed they needed to conduct verification checks, which I found odd since they hadn’t done that before sending it to me. When I inquired about the timeframe for this process to receive my refund, they couldn’t provide an answer. Each time I contacted them, the representatives were unhelpful and unprofessional. Having been a long-time customer, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer shop with them, especially after discovering they sell used and worn clothing without disclosing it. I have yet to receive my refund, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their practices are unprofessional and disorganized. This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences.
I placed an order on November 30. The website states that standard delivery takes 6 working days. After waiting an entire week, I checked the tracking number and found that the shipment hadn't even been dispatched. It was only after I reached out to the company that the tracking information appeared. As of December 15, my order is still not here. The company did not opt for express shipping, despite the delay being their responsibility. Waiting over two weeks for a shipment is simply unacceptable today. If I choose to return the items, I might have to wait until next year for a refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
The company advertises a 10% discount for first-time buyers. I contacted customer support twice yesterday because the promo code wasn't functioning. The representative advised me to wait until the following day for it to activate. Upon calling again, I was informed that the items I wanted to purchase were excluded and directed to the Terms and Conditions on the website, stating that new items for that month are not eligible. I have been considering these items for over three months. The 10% first-time promo feels misleading! They wasted a lot of my time!
The customer support has been very disappointing. With years in e-commerce, I've never faced a situation like this. After several emails expressing my dissatisfaction, I stopped receiving replies. Even when checking other reviews, it appears they respond publicly but do not follow up via email, which also goes unanswered. I will escalate this to a senior manager, as this level of service is unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating.
