I've been waiting a week now for my funds back due to a so called technical issue. I keep getting told the same thing be patient etc it's ridiculous you have stolen my money and not giving it back. I get ignored on live chat and emails or I just get the same email over and over again. From some people on here you have replied stating their funds have been returned days ago so why am I still waiting after a week?!
A reply to your recent comments you said it had been escalated 5 days ago it does not take this long to give me my money back others have had theirs back and I want mine back today also have a manager reply please
