Frustrating Order Experience

I ordered replacement lenses on September 22nd and waited a long time. When I inquired about the delay, they informed me that production only started on September 30th, with no apology given. They refused to refund me, and I had to escalate to my credit card company. The service was appalling, with no accountability or apologies for their failure to fulfill the order.
