I am writing this to warn others about the poor business practices of this company. I received a pair of lenses that were manufactured incorrectly, making them unusable. I followed every step of their dispute process, including having the lenses verified against the prescription by my optometrist. However, the company still refuses to remanufacture the lenses or issue a full refund. After 30 days of back-and-forth, the issue remains unresolved. Their refusal to stand by their product is a major red flag.
VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. RECEIVED LENSES AND THEY ARE WAY TOO THICK FOR THE FRAME. EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY FOR THEM TO ASSUME ITS MY FAULT. PICTURES AND FRAME NUMBER GIVEN TO THEM. I DID NOT AT FIRST ASK FOR A REFUND JUST LENSES THAT FIT MY FRAME. 150.00 FOR LENSES I CANT USE . AND NO ONE GETS BACK WITH YOU TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND EVERYONE ELSE I THINK NEEDS TOO KNOW I AM ALSO CONTACTING MY BANK TO DISPUTE THIS CHARGE. THIS IS FRAUD AND TOO SAY THE LEAST THEFT.

This time, the lenses were much better—cleanly cut and significantly thinner, though I did face some fitting issues with the frame.

The replacement lenses were too large for my frames. They sent me another set, which also didn't fit. While the customer service was polite, they refused to issue a refund until I escalated the matter with my credit card company. It took 8 email exchanges to finally resolve the issue.
I placed my order on October 31st and requested to cancel it on November 27th, but they refused. Their policy states that orders can be canceled before shipping, yet they ignored this. The payment service wouldn't assist me since it was a custom item. I lost $108 due to their poor practices. I do not recommend this service.
