I bought an engagement ring from this company 9 months ago, and it’s already showing major damage from normal wear. For something meant to last a lifetime, that’s completely unacceptable.We’ve been in contact with their customer service team — which takes forever to respond — and after all the back-and-forth, their final answer was that “the only effective way to restore the ring’s integrity is to completely rebuild the setting and prongs.” After just nine months. That says everything you need to know about the quality.Worse, they expect us to pay for the repair. Charging a customer to fix your own product failure is unacceptable.My wife works in marketing, so we understand how much effort they put into influencer campaigns. But no amount of marketing can make up for poor craftsmanship and slow, unhelpful support.This ring was supposed to last a lifetime. I regret buying from this company and would not recommend them to anyone for anything more than costume jewelry
