The products are beautiful ONCE you receive them!Customer communication and follow up is lacking unfortunately. I have purchased 3 pieces Since July 2, 2025. First 2 were stuck in a shipping hold via their shipper, no movement for 7 days. One I had paid expedited shipping for, only to find out it was being shipped from China and I had to pay a duty on it to be released. Still waiting for the 3rd and final piece that was shipped July 22nd and status remains the same with the shipper as of 7/30/2025. Pending receipt from merchant. SMH.
