You are already dealing with the dire consequences of something they have delayed, and doing that is atrocious Don't give them a penny! You tell them not to contact you again and they do. Not directly, but via a lovely young lady who has shown nothing but empathy and kindness. I wish her well for the future, she deserves to do well...and I'm sure she will. She needs to escape from MSB St Pauls Square first. The reception staff are very pleasant too; just genuine people doing their jobs...also kind and welcoming. Thanks to the kind and honest people in the world; I have met a lot of nice people recently, and not all just want your money.
