I first contacted MSB solicitors seeking for professional help against social services, who also lie and twist stories but to have to deal with unprofessional people who is a partnered solicitor, who also lies and twists information, is even more worrying and the boss will not investigate this and basically just told me to go away and that they will not deal with me and my complaint. SHOCKING!! How is it possible for highly paid people to act that way? Luckily for me I have the whole telephone conversation recorded with her and compared to her email she sent me was so down grading, that of course I trust no one, as professional people lie so much, so I shall take it to court now because MSB will not take any responsibility for their professional partners who blantely LIE!!! The partnered solicitors mannerism wasn't very nice and made me trust even less. I certainly wouldn't be recommending this kind of professional type of business. Left me feeling horrendously shocked!!I mean what company rejects a complaint when I have the evidence?
Woefully inept and incompentant. Alison Sharples at MSB failed to represent me, failed to secure the return of my electronic devices containing evidence critical to case causing unneccesary delay. MSB also failed to source a weapons expert and floundered in court when questioned by the judge as to why they did not do their job. Pathetic and embaressing watching her squirm and crumble under scrutiny from the judge at sefton magistrates making pathetic excuses for her and her teams laziness, ineptitude and failure to act. Alison also failed to enquire about my legal fishing/outdoor knives/tools with receipts/paperwork that were unlawfully seized because she said they 'look scary' despite being 100% legal and bought from reputable UK retailers like B&Q, screwfix and more. Alison sharples also has a strong political bias and said 'the right is the biggest threat to the country'. If you dont align with Alisons political far left viewpoints she will not represent you to a fair standard. My treatment from MSB has been woeful, they have failed to represent me, ignored my instructions, ignored the law itself regarding the retention of my tools/electronic devices and most importantly simply did not do their job. After raising a formal complaint they said that they would not work with me because I called Alison 'an idiot'. That is simply one of many words to describe Alison and her absolutely shocking and pathetic representation (or lack of) of myself in court. MSB solicitors completely and totally failed me and their failure to act has caused unnessesary suffering and prolonging of the trial. If you have an important legal matter, I highly advise you find a more competent firm if it is an important thing. Do not let these clowns deal with anything important or they might ruin your life.I was also discriminated by Alison and MSB solicitors by them saying I cannot mention my autism in court and 'use it as an excuse'. Having autism is not an excuse, it is a lifelong condition. How brazenly discriminatory. Simply disgusting.
Not sure why MSB advocate that they are proud of their business. MSB ripped me off for £2500 and even more serious, their actions had a huge negative impact on my mental health. ‘Devil Tony Welcomes You To Hell’ . A must watch for anyone engaging with a solicitor. Shocking.
Well what can i say if you had 6 stars and would of ticked that, amazing service from Eve and Sandra i was kept fully updated and communication was superb and i will have no hesitation in using MSB for future works and recommending to my network also.
Always kept in touch an answers our questions when buying our house as you can imagine first time buyers there’s a lot of legal jargon, forms and stuff you just don’t understand, Pam Chans team was great, always replied to emails and phone calls and got us sorted on the date we needed after having issues with the seller initially
My experience with this conveyancing company was overwhelmingly negative and raised serious concerns about the standard of service they provide. At every stage of the process, their conduct fell well below what any client should reasonably expect from a firm entrusted with legal responsibilities.Communication was consistently unacceptable. Messages frequently went unanswered for prolonged periods, including at times when urgent clarity was required. This left me without essential information and forced me to chase updates that should have been provided routinely and proactively.The handling of the transaction itself was similarly troubling. The process was repeatedly delayed, and key tasks that should have been completed promptly were allowed to drift with no explanation. At several points, progress appeared to stall entirely, creating unnecessary stress and disruption.What made the situation even more concerning was the complete lack of meaningful action until I submitted a formal complaint through the company’s official complaints procedure. Only after taking that step did they respond and finally begin moving the process forward. It was extremely disappointing that basic professionalism and responsibility were only demonstrated when a complaint was escalated.Throughout the experience, there was a clear absence of accountability, clarity, and care. As a client, I felt unsupported and consistently left to manage issues that should have been handled competently by the professionals I engaged.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Clients deserve diligence, reliability, and a minimum standard of communication—none of which were met in this case.
I have been a client of MSB for more than 30 years and they have routinely returned a fantastic service. They have never shocked me with their billing and have always seemed like fantastic friends you can trust. On this occasion, I was selling a property which threw up all sorts of complications and brought me into contact with a host of people who might have sabotaged the sale. For 4 months, Pauline Mason battled, on my behalf, to overcome every problem and finally conclude the sale. She was absolutely amazing in the face of horrible difficulties, incompetent solicitors representing the buyer and a labyrinth of problems inherited from the solicitors who had represented the person who had sold to me. When I felt like I was losing my mind, she kept calm and carried on, solving one problem after the other like a giant game of Whack-a-Mole. Way above and beyond the call of duty, always keeping me informed, always responding immediately to any enquiries and always exuding an air of someone who would not be beaten. Massive thanks to Pauline and to MSB for having such excellent people doing a great job. 5 stars doesn't seem enough.
0 stars if possible. Don't trust them with your money or your life. When you are misinformed the organ grinder finally calls you and tries to blind you with legal jargon. You are already dealing with the dire consequences of something they have delayed, and doing that is atrocious Don't give them a penny! You tell them not to contact you again and they do. Not directly, but via a lovely young lady who has shown nothing but empathy and kindness. I wish her well for the future, she deserves to do well...and I'm sure she will. She needs to escape from MSB St Pauls Square first. The reception staff are very pleasant too; just genuine people doing their jobs...also kind and welcoming. Thanks to the kind and honest people in the world; I have met a lot of nice people recently, and not all just want your money.
