They don’t even deserve a single star. My shipment was supposed to reach its destination in Malaysia by December 5, and now it's December 17 with no clarity on when it will arrive at Port Klang. To make things worse, the vessel added extra stops, further delaying the shipment without regard for the already significant delay. I strongly recommend against using this company, even if their prices seem attractive—unless you're okay with having no visibility or assurance on your goods' arrival.
