My experience with this shipping service has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. Their communication is among the worst I’ve encountered. From the start, the process felt misleading and poorly explained. It felt like a bait-and-switch when shipping my vehicle internationally. After signing the contract and with my vehicle already on board, unexpected local fees were added that were never disclosed upfront. I was never properly informed about these costs before committing. The lack of transparency and constant surprise fees created financial strain and anxiety. This experience left me feeling exploited and powerless. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to proceed with caution and to get all fees in writing before agreeing to anything. Personally, I will not use their services again and cannot recommend them.
