Wow I have had bad experiences many times, clothes are in bad quality but looks nice, but I guess it can be argued as fair with the good prices.Anyway I bought a sweater online, it came to me with a massive hole. I had to sent it back of course to get a new one, which is always annoying to waste time on. During the whole time I was not satisfied with communication. I got a new one after a week but no compensation. The least thing one can do is give a card with 10% off for the next shopping when you mess up and give people extra work.
