My online order unfortunately got lost, but the support team handled it exceptionally well, offering assistance and providing me with options. I'm very pleased with how it was managed. I took a chance ordering a skirt online and was quite disappointed. The fabric was subpar, despite being labeled as viscose, the cut was unprofessional, and it lacked lining. The color was also different from the photos. I returned it but didn't receive a full refund. I won't be ordering again.
