I ordered a package on February 20 and have not received it yet (it's March 8). I wrote to the shop yesterday and it was a technical error that nobody followed up on - and they sent the package today. However, the GSL shop in Amagercentret was removed and so I asked to send the package to a place close to where I live. The package was addressed to a kiosk located 25 min walk from my apartment. I live a busy life - that's why I ordered a package online instead of visiting the physical mosscph shop; now I'll have to spend an hour just to get the package from the kiosk. The answer from the customer service: "I am very sorry. The system automatically chose that address.". (1) This employee could have asked me where I would like to have the package sent to. (2) Mosscph, how about fixing or replacing your IT system used for warehousing? Also, last time I ordered from mosscph - you also sent the package to a kiosk located far away and it look me extra time to find the kiosk... I am disappointed and will not buy from your shop again.
