The service I received was not the service I was sold. All the hidden fees buried in paperwork, poor response from customer service, inability to speak with a manager, and the cancellation fees are ridiculous.
After 8 months of problems, I tried to cancel and the fee to cancel my 3 year contract(never read that anywhere) and RESTOCK the faulty machine they sent was quoted to be around $500. I would say they are unethical at least. I really feel like I bought into a scam.
