My experience has been quite disappointing. I installed it last night and found the platform very clunky and complicated. This is aimed at parents, right? Not just tech-savvy youngsters? It was stressful to set it up in the middle of the night. After paying for a yearly subscription, I was offered an upgrade for $29 instead of $325 for the extreme version. It was unclear whether this was a monthly fee, so I inquired and learned it would be an additional $29 each month. When I asked if the standard fee was $325 monthly, the response was a simple 'yes.' This seems unprofessional. After 15 hours, I still can't access Snapchat, which is what my child is using, and I received alerts about flags. I would recommend sticking with the other service; it may not show everything, but so far, it's better than this.
